Our Case Management Team works directly with local Concierge services to coordinate transportation and accommodation for our Client's members.
Our Case Management Professionals help coordinate our Client's Member's travel arrangements through their insurance plans, as well as finding local accommodations in the region of their treating facility that offer patient rates and ensuring these accommodations meet the needs of our members.
When available, we work directly with the treating facilities in order to arrange for shuttle services to maintain out of pocket expenses to our members travelling to and from Airport and/or hotel to the facility to receive treatment.
